Secret Photos App Reviews
This app is barely more than “Preview” with a password. It doesn’t actually hide your pics, it just makes a copy and buries them in nested folders, it leaves the original pics in the folder that you had them in so you have to make sure that you delete those. Also if there are some really prying eyes the pictures can be easily found using “Finder” or an app like “EasyFind”. It does have VERY BASIC editing and cataloging features, but they are far from being very useful. But it does function as advertised, but I hope that there will be more features in further updates.
No organization!
While photos can be seperated by folders, they have to be imported directly to that folder. The biggest issue is that it is not possible to move photos from one folder to the next. That is just stupid. A mild frustration is the text used for the password window. It is almost unreadable. Overall this app would be a frustration if it was free, the fact that it costs money is just insulting. Fix it and maybe I’ll actually change my mind and use it.
